My nose from the front is still visibly swollen and it is now 38 days later. I love the way it looks from the side, but wish the swelling would go down so I can see what it will be like from the front.
My next photo shoot with my doc. is Oct. 10th so I am assuming that he know that it may take that long to for the swelling to be down all the way.
My nose is still a bit swollen on the tip, and nose picking is still a pain in the butt. My nose is still sore and sensitive, especially when bumped even lightly.
One thought I had the other night was this. In retrospect, If I could do the surgery over, I would have scheduled it for the winter months. There are so many fun things to do in the summer, and opportunities to meet and see people, that I feel I may have wasted some of those few precious nice days we rarely get in Ohio, in bed recouping. I am very glad it is over with, but that would be my suggestion for someone else who loves the sun and warm weather as much as I do, and who loathes the cold, grey icky Ohio winters.
