Before

So here are some before pics. As you can see, my nose is too long, has a droopy tip, a bump, and before the bump a concave part right between my eyes. This concave shape makes the bump look even bigger. He will be using a graft made from the sides to fill this in. Also my surgeon says that my nostrils are too long so he will be making them smaller. He will be shaving the bump down and also shaving some off the sides. The frontal pic. shows that my nose is also too wide on the sides.

One of my concerns is that, although I don't like my nose, I do think it is symmetrical and hope that he can keep it that way.

Today I am getting my hair cut and I'm considering getting it cut pretty short, like this old pic of me from a few years ago. Hopefully it will look good with my new nose!
